Butters was voted as the replacement when Tre thought people were tired of the whole Kenny thing - he’s the next favourite incidental character.
He fucking rocks, as do all the characters in South Park - even the talking poo…
If one of them wasn’t in it, it wouldn’t be South Park.
It’d just be missing something.
